Hormones can have a great impact on our well being, and it can be physically and mentally challenging when they are unbalanced. These classes can support you during or before your period, during peri-menopause or menopause, after childbirth, after a hysterectomy, or at any time in your life when you experience symptoms of hormonal imbalance. Research has shown that women can be effected during any age in their life by hormonal imbalance. Talk to a health care professional about saliva or blood testing if you notice any symptoms including mood swings, fatigue, depression, insomnia, hot flashes and night sweats or weight gain. There is no previous experience necessary to join this series.
