Meditation is a technique that offers many scientifically proven benefits including stress reduction, increased focus, increased self awareness and self regulation, increased overall well being and contentment, improved cardiovascular and immune health and many more! Bond with your children and create healthy habits for life together. Every child is different, and specially younger ones might move around during Meditation. Keep it playful, allow your child to cuddle up under a blanket or with a stuffy, and have fun together. It’s not about being perfectly still, but more about experiencing Meditation in a fun way and relaxed environment. There is no previous experience necessary to join this series.
